Our 4 questions

  • The first subject is concerning the culture. Therefore we have chosen GASTRONMY!

We are thinking it's an interesting aspect to develop because Denmark has rediscovered a gastronomy based on local and seasonal products. Each time we will eat a new meal we will add a post about it with description, picture and our view.

  • The second one is concerning the socio-cultural activities of local youth. We have chosen SPORT!

We have chosen sport because Danish are really interested by this. In effect, they are practicing a lot of sport such as football, handball, rowing and road cycling. We will try to developp the meaning of sport for VIA students.

  • The third subject deals with business world. That's why we have chosen to develop MANUFACTURE OF BEER!

Indeed, beer is a real institution in that country. The most famous one are Tuborg and Carlsberg but there are a lot of little breweries which product their own beer. We will try to highlight the expansion of these one.

  • The last one is about customs. We have chosen DANISH HOLIDAYS AND FESTIVALS!

Danes are already really attached to the meanings of all religious holidays and festivals.During our trip we will try to discover how they feel about their history and traditions. Thus to understand their culture.
